(The order number is displayed in the last step of your order when the bank deposit has been selected and will also be displayed in the email you receive after confirming your order).

2. Pay on delivery. You can pay in cash or by credit or debit cards upon delivery. There is an additional shipping charge of 2 euros.
3. Pay by Paypal. PayPal is the greatest secure online payment gateway.
4. You can pay by any debit, prepaid or credit cards through the recognized Stripe digital payments platform.
Shipping via ACS courier for products weighing up to 10 kg. Charge is 3 euros for products up to 2 kg +1 euro for each additional kilo.

Return of defective/damaged or wrong products
In case products are delivered (in damaged condition or) different from the ordered item, they must be returned. The right products will be shipped with no shipping charges.
In case a product has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced free of charge.
In case a product is not available for replacement, the already paid amount will be refunded or a different product will be sent by agreement between the company and the customer.
Please take note that in any of these cases you must come into contact with us within 7 days.
Return of non-defective products - Right of unjustified withdrawal or cooling off period by the customer
The customer has the right to cancel an online purchase (without providing justification) within a period of 14 days from the date the order was received. All items in the package should be returned in the exact same condition they were received in, including the original packaging in perfect condition together with the accompanying documentation. Returns are acceptable only when the full amount for the shipping and return fees has been paid by the customer.
A withdrawal form must be completed and submitted in paper or electronic form. The company is obliged to send a confirmation notification as soon as the withdrawal form is received.
Following the withdrawal form, the company must return the whole amount paid (for the purchase related to the cancelled items) within 14 days from the day the cancellation of order notification was received. The customer will be reimbursed using the same method of payment that was used in the original transaction.
The company is not responsible for the time and manner of the execution of payment reversals by the banks.
When the package has been opened or the items inside have been used, their value is automatically reduced and since a product is then characterized as used, the customer must compensate the company for reducing the value of the product. The reduction of the value of the product from the opening of the package and its consequent characterization as used is examined individually and is determined by the company, usually ranging between 20% -30%. The company is entitled to agree with the customer on its compensation even with a reciprocal set-off.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the company has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products. The company has the right to unilaterally make a total or partial set-off of this claim against the customer.
